Hotel Varres - Zakynthos Town

The hotel was 5 minutes with car from the Zante city center. The best when somebody don't want to spend all the day in the hotel. It has everything what you need to take relax. It's in the middle of the forest, without noise but enough close to everything. We had every day room service, the rooms are clean and big. (Tsilivi 3km) I was satisfied, for this prise we took the best. The swimming pool was also clean. If you need a room to sleep and you don't have special wishes this hotel is perfect.

Pleasant and fairly clean hotel with very very kind staff in a very kind manner. Had queen room with a double bed and good view plus decent sized bathroom. Beautiful building, marvellous location right by distant mountains as well as different resteraunts and beaches...

Comfortable room with all amenities needed - private safe, central heating, and an iron. the beds were super soft, guaranteeing a good night's sleep 😊.

Location is great, quite and safe! Good for families and relaxing holidays... Hotel staff very helpful and definitely good value for money!

I didn't like the mattress as it was too hard and the shower was very small.

The room I got was immaculately clean, complete with a panoramic view, a balcony and 3 single beds, greatly enjoyed it. The pool was great and I had cool drinks in the pool bar.

the location of the hotel was secluded, near all those who plan to have a vacation in Zakynthos and the center of Zakynthos. the breakfast was surprisingly good with variation throughout the week. 3. the staff was exceptional. 4. I greatly enjoyed excellent service and would definitely return.

Very quiet location, but close enough to the city center. Friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable in any way. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and enough for a start of the day. Free parking is available; Wi-Fi was available eveywhere - perfect in the lobby and a bit unstable in the rooms.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a huge olive plantation, away from ant noise and roads. Overall was a good experience.

The rooms were spacious but the closet was useless as had no shelves. The breakfast was a bit too poor in options.

The room was outstanding and beautiful, with a double bed and a decent-sized bathroom. the hotel had a cozy location close to the town center.

The hotel service is very good,the rooms are very clean,breakfast is good specially when compared to other hotels in greece at this price,the swiming pool is also nice and the resturant offers many dishes for good price compared to other tavernas, In general I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was good, I just want to point out that its not recommended to walk from the hotel to the city for two reasons....first its dangerous specially with children and second in the way back its uphill so its not that easy....taxi cost around 5 euros from the hotel to the city centre.

Very helpful staff. Not far from town. Room size was great. Accommodated our four teenage children very well. Pool was a great feature. Setting of an olive grove was a beautiful feature.

Breakfast was adequate but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Coffe fair, some hot breakfast food E.G. Fried eggs would have been nice. We had two single beds rather than a double in the adult couples room, an oversight. Otherwise a great stay. Would highly recommend the hotel.
